Discover Your Sacred Journey

This is a live, guided online retreat. It is held in real time, with a small group, across three days.

It is not a course you consume and it is not a performance space. It is a contained experience where we slow down, practise together and return to what is already here.

No promises are made. Nothing is forced. Sharing is always optional.

What you can expect

Over three days we will move between guided sessions and private space.

There will be:

  • live sessions where we practise together

  • short periods of silence and reflection

  • gentle movement

  • music and listening

  • simple inquiry prompts

  • optional group sharing

The emphasis is on lived experience, not theory. We do not try to over explain the mystery. We keep returning to what is real in the moment.

The rhythm of the three days

We keep the structure simple so the nervous system can settle and the mind can stop chasing.

A typical retreat day includes:

  • a morning arrival session to settle and orient

  • a midday session with practice and inquiry

  • an evening session that is quieter and more integrative

You will also have space between sessions to rest, walk, journal and be with your own experience.

We will share the exact timetable with all participants before the retreat begins.

The practices we use

  • breath practices for settling and regulation

  • heart mind attention practices

  • simple movement and embodiment

  • silence and stillness

  • music and listening

  • inquiry questions to take into your day

  • signposts we return to throughout, discernment, right relationship, inner listening and embodied integrity

You do not need previous experience. You do not need to be good at meditation. You just need willingness.

Group size and how we hold the space

The group is intentionally small. This protects the container and allows the retreat to feel human.

We hold the space with:

  • confidentiality and discretion

  • voluntary sharing at all times

  • no spiritual hierarchy

  • no fixing, diagnosing or analysing one another

  • a focus on presence, kindness and honesty

We are not here to create dependency. We are here to return trust to the participant.

What you need to take part

You do not need special equipment.

You will need:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a quiet space where you will not be disturbed

  • a notebook or journal if you want one

  • a cushion or chair and something comfortable to move in

  • a willingness to turn your phone off during sessions

Headphones are optional but can be helpful.

Privacy and recordings

To protect the space, we do not record the retreat.

We also ask participants not to record or redistribute anything shared within the group. This includes personal stories and any sensitive material.

Who it tends to be for

This retreat is best suited for people who feel:

  • inwardly called rather than outcome driven

  • open to slowing down

  • willing to meet themselves honestly

  • ready for something real rather than something polished

No spiritual maturity is required. No particular belief is required.

Who it may not be right for

This may not be the right space if you are looking for:

  • guaranteed results or instant healing

  • constant positivity or escape

  • a teacher to follow or an identity to adopt

  • a highly intense cathartic experience

If you are currently in acute crisis or do not feel resourced enough to do inner work, it may be wiser to seek appropriate support first. If you are unsure, you can contact us and we will respond with care.

Application and joining

We use a simple application process. When you apply, we may ask:

  • what draws you to this

  • what you are hoping to explore

  • any relevant physical or mental health considerations

  • what support helps you participate well

If accepted, you will receive:

  • the retreat schedule

  • a short preparation note

  • practical joining information

After the retreat

This is not designed as a one time fix. It is an orientation.

You will leave with:

  • a few simple practices you can return to

  • a clearer sense of the signposts

  • suggested ways to integrate into ordinary life

Sometimes what changes is quiet. Sometimes what changes is simply the way you meet your own day.

Frequently asked questions

FAQs

1) Do I need experience with meditation or breathwork?

No. You do not need any prior experience. The practices are simple and guided. The main requirement is willingness to slow down and meet your own experience.

2) Do I need to know anything about Sufism?

No. The retreat is rooted primarily in the Sufi tradition, but it is not a study programme and it is not about adopting beliefs. It is experiential and human.

3) Is this therapy, coaching, or a healing programme?

No. This is not therapy, not coaching and we do not make healing claims. It may be therapeutic for some people, but the intention is orientation, presence and honest inquiry.

4) Will I have to speak or share personal things in the group?

No. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate quietly and keep your process private.

5) Will the sessions be recorded?

No. We do not record the retreat. We keep it live to protect confidentiality and to keep the work rooted in real time presence.

6) What if I feel emotional or uncomfortable during the retreat?

That can happen, and it is not a failure. We move gently and we do not force intensity. You can pause, step away and return when you are ready. We encourage self responsibility and kindness with your own limits.

7) What is the time commitment across the three days?

There will be several live sessions each day, with space between them for rest and reflection. We share the full schedule before the retreat begins so you can plan properly.

8) What do I need to participate well?

A quiet space, a stable internet connection and a place to sit comfortably. A notebook can be helpful. Headphones can also help, but they are optional.

9) Is this retreat suitable if I am in crisis or currently struggling with severe mental health issues?

This retreat is not designed as crisis support. If you are in acute crisis or feel very unresourced, it may be better to seek appropriate professional support first. If you are unsure, you can contact us and we will respond with care.

10) How do I know if this is right for me?

If you feel inwardly called, curious and willing to slow down, it may be a good fit. If you are seeking guaranteed results, quick fixes, spiritual certainty or constant positivity, it may not be the right space. We also use a simple application process to check fit and protect the group container.
